In the background, and in the middle of the whisper of the waves, you may hear the muezzin’s call for the prayers, and then, we’ll feel that we have reached to our destination: Morocco, the country of the senses. Once we reach the port of Tanger, a guide will receive us and will say where to change euros to dirhams.
We’ll depart to the Rif mountains towards Chefchaouen, placed at the only intercontinental natural park and declared Natural Biosphere Reserve. Chaouen is a town placed at the mountains, white and blue, inhabited by wise, kind and polite people, and offers to the visitor a beautiful urban and slopy landscape, precious examples of local handcrafts and a feeling of quietness and serenity very difficult to find nowadays. You will leave the town with a strong wish to come back and spend more time, talk to its people and find peace.
